Grammar Activity- Adjectives

Together as a class we watched a video on the overhead projector called School House Rock Unpack Your Adjectives.  We also had a brief classroom discussion and review of adjectives.

Each table group has a pumpkin in the middle of the table. The top of the pumpkin is cut off so you can describe the GOOP inside the pumpkin.  

With a partner, your assignment is to write as many adjectives as you can think up using all five senses to describe the pumpkin inside and out. Post to the blog what adjectives you and your partner came up with. 

You can use on-line dictionaries to help.
